Fighting skills and Self Defence private classes. I teach simple but very effective moves that are easy to learn. This will boost your confidence, self-esteem and motivation. Also, it will protect you from any situations you might face. I help kids and teenagers overcome any bullying they face. I teach from 10 years and up all genders. I tailor the training to the needs of my clients. This is a one on one training to give full focus on the client. First lesson is free.
