The majority of this laboratory glassware is resistant to heat, corrosion, chemicals, and temperature. Beakers, flasks, watch glasses, Petri plates, measuring cylinders, test tubes, and other laboratory glassware come in a variety of forms and sizes to accommodate a variety of volumes. If sterile conditions are required, they can be autoclaved and reused. They can also be washed and reused with soap or detergent. In most labs, a separate place is set aside for the storage of laboratory glassware. All of the laboratory glassware is calibrated and simply labelled with a marker or a sticker.
